Job Summary:

This role involves providing exceptional support to clients by verifying their interest and forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in German and English, and have previous experience in customer service or marketing.

They will also need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude while working with sensitive information.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience communicating with leads and following up on them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Updating and categorizing leads in the system
  • Working securely with customers' sensitive information
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
