Lead Generation Specialist

This is a full-time position for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in meeting business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Identification and Research:

    • Research and build a database of potential clients across targeted industries and regions using platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific directories.

    • Use internal CRM tools to track and manage lead information and interactions.

  • Qualifying Leads:

    • Assess potential clients using lead qualification criteria (e.g., industry alignment, budget, hiring needs).

    • Maintain accurate records of prospect information, interactions, and lead status.

  • Outreach and Engagement:

    • Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients.

    • Personalize communication to address client pain points and align with their needs.

    • Follow-Up: Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads.

  • Appointment Setting:

    • Book Qualified Appointments: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and yourself.

    • Ensure decision-makers are involved in meetings.

  • Meeting Attendance and Lead Conversion:

    • Attend Meetings: Participate in scheduled meetings to introduce services, answer initial questions, and clarify offerings.

    • Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.

  • Pipeline Management:

    • Update CRM: Log all activities, communications, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.

    • Track lead progress and ensure accurate reporting of key metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, QuickMail).

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
