Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead individual real estate brokerages in implementation and onboarding of our suite of back office products tailored for their needs.

This role will focus on deploying our real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the client's current business needs and workflows prior to project kickoff.
  • Develop and manage customized implementation plans for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure high adoption rates.
  • Communicate project implementation progress with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in developing client relationships quickly is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills that shine through in email and phone presence are required.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow-through are crucial.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is necessary.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years+ of client-facing project management experience at a SaaS-based business is desired.
