Senior Administrative Associate

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, organized, and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills. They will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to high-level executives.

This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely communication. The selected individual must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

We are seeking an individual who can align with the executive's objectives and promote an effective working relationship. The right candidate will be tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  2. Arrange domestic and international travel for executives.
  3. Coordinate communication and documentation.
  4. Prioritize tasks and optimize the executive's time.
  5. Support communications, presentations, reports, and social media.
  6. Conduct research as required by the executive.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in Virtual Executive Assistance or related field.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and MS Office.
  4. Proven track record of high performance and growth mindset.
  5. Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required.
