Cloud Engineering and Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, deploying and operating large-scale cloud environments with multiple public and private clouds.

The role requires strong technical skills in areas such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, software-defined storage and devsecops.

The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy highly available and scalable cloud architectures using OpenStack and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to manage and monitor cloud resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest open source infrastructure advancements and technologies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking and storage.
  • Proficient in Python programming language.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and ELK.
