As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers. This role is ideal for results-driven individuals who enjoy helping others and maximizing sales opportunities.
About the Job
In this role, you'll work effectively to identify and capitalize on all sale opportunities for products that may pair well with the customer's current products and future needs. You'll also provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues with a smile and making every interaction a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Completed senior high school or two years in college
- At least 3 months of BPO experience
- Great verbal communication and business writing skills
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge
- Computer experience
