The Room Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Executive/Manager in planning, executing, and delivering all room inquiries at the hotel. They coordinate, liaise, and organize requirements for each confirmed event to maximize room revenue, maintain business relationships, and ensure excellent customer service for all current and potential guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Actively solicit business and generate revenue from all market segments through upselling.
  2. Maintain positive relationships with travel agents, coordinators, suppliers, and other sources of business.
  3. Disseminate group-related information to departments, such as Guest Information Sheets (GIS) and Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
  4. Coordinate with departments on organizer and last-minute event requirements.
  5. Report guest or public complaints, comments, or suggestions to the Sales Executive for service improvement.
  6. Participate in daily and weekly briefings and meetings.
  7. Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports.
  8. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and contracts.
  9. Perform all duties efficiently and in accordance with hotel policies to meet the position's objectives.
Qualifications
  • College graduate
  • At least 1 year of OJT or experience in banquet, events, or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer use
  • Able to work onsite at Mactan, Cebu
  • Immediate availability
