We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch support for our CRM and automation platform built on Go High Level. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a developer's mindset who can troubleshoot workflow bugs, integration issues, and form logic problems, and understand cause and effect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with our CRM and automation platform
- Provide expert-level support to internal stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
