
Technical Support Professional with Global Focus

We're seeking a Technical Support Professional with a global focus to join our team. As a key member of our Assessment Delivery Operations and Support department, you'll work closely with our Support, Development, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have 2 years of customer support experience and a strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS. They'll also possess an understanding of multiple integration paths and be able to configure integrations effectively. Strong technical writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class technical support via telephone, email, and chat for Turnitin customers experiencing escalated technical issues.
- Maintain consistent ticket quality, achieving the agreed-upon target for monthly reviews.
- Proactively support users of the Turnitin products, ensuring problem resolution, system access, optimal system performance, and overall customer happiness.
