Technical Programmatic Media Specialist

This role oversees the entire lifecycle of client campaigns, from deciphering briefs to executing PMP deals. Responsibilities include managing tech stack components, optimizing performance to meet KPIs and margin targets, and ensuring successful campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Setup & Audience Build
    • Develop audience segments in a platform based on client specifications
    • Generate PMP deal IDs automatically
    • Curate inventory packages aligned with target segments
  • Technical Configuration & QA
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs
    • Conduct campaign quality assurance and secure internal sign-off
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP)
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor setup errors
    • Troubleshoot issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Monitor live campaign metrics and produce reports
    • Adjust bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance
  • Margin Management
    • Track campaign margins and propose optimizations to protect profitability
  • Client Support & Escalations
    • Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
    • Research and document new techniques
    • Share best practices and train peers
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading
  • Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and QA processes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the ecosystem
  • Commercial acumen for balancing performance and margin
  • Excellent communication skills for technical translation
