Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison to deliver exceptional service to high-profile clients.

  • Manage communication across multiple channels and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle sensitive feedback with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve service issues directly, escalating critical concerns when necessary.
  • Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining brand voice.
  • Document all client interactions in ClickUp and internal folders.
  • Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications.
Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email)
  • Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
