Client Engagement Specialist

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in our organization by connecting with clients and presenting relevant solutions to drive business growth.

  • Engage clients through various channels, including sales programs, virtual meetings, and online appointments, to present tailored product solutions based on their needs
  • Process client account openings for straight-through processing, ensuring complete and accurate documentation and storage
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for high-risk clients as required, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Endorse client applications to relevant business units for processing, monitoring, and providing regular updates on client progress
  • Promote the use of digital channels and platforms to enhance client convenience and engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong understanding of sales management processes, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of our products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong client relationships and identifying financial needs
  • Cross-selling and customer service skills
  • Ability to probe and identify opportunities during client conversations
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
  • Good work ethics and positive attitude
