About the Finance Team

The finance team is dedicated to providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth while building a world-class finance function with integrity.

About the Role

This key position will partner with leaders to drive business growth through data-driven insights, forecasts, and budgets. You'll play a critical role in supporting various initiatives as the company continues to expand rapidly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate forecasts and budgets for operational expenditures, highlighting key variances and implications
  • Provide thought leadership and decision support for business initiatives, aligning assumptions with stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests, presenting data and insights effectively
  • Establish metrics to measure efficiency and inform growth strategies
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Reconcile costs for the organization
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop effective cost management solutions
To Succeed, You Must Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Experience with US GAAP or IFRS
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Effective communication and partnership skills
