Business Intelligence Analyst

To capitalize on our organization's growth, we need a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision making. This pivotal role involves transforming large datasets into actionable insights by cleaning and standardizing information from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will develop structured reporting libraries, generate performance reports, and automate key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:
  • Streamline incoming raw datasets from various sources into coherent formats for enhanced reporting.
  • Maintain and expand a library of naming conventions, delimiters, and structured datasets for consistent and reliable reporting.
  • Develop and automate pivot tables and calculated fields to track KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CVR, SAC, and Gross Adds.
  • Produce regular Excel-based reports segmented by placements, channels, and shows, facilitating quick trend comparisons and enabling data-driven business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring reporting processes and data handling.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with expertise in pivot tables, complex formulas, custom calculations, and data cleaning.
  • Experience in analyzing large, unstructured datasets from diverse sources (e.g., Amazon Advertising, retail app data, DSP/ROS feeds).
  • Strong ability to standardize naming conventions and build structured libraries for data inputs.
  • Proficiency in creating pivot tables, calculated fields, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.
