Job Overview

This Sales Data Analyst role involves uncovering insights at the intersection of data and strategy. The position requires analyzing sales performance, building dashboards, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable data-driven recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.
  • Supporting forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation.
  • Communicating findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • At least two to three years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and coherent communication of data-driven insights, valuing diverse input and stakeholder needs.
