Data Insights Analyst

This is a highly technical role requiring strong analytical skills and ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze operational data for timely and accurate reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries
- Align reporting outputs with service level agreements, client expectations, and contractual obligations
- Design impactful data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context
