The Manager, Technology Experience will help lead our remote Support function across the globe. This role will oversee a group of individual contributors in multiple regions, ensuring operational excellence while focusing on user experience. The Manager will guide their team through fast-paced changes, using data and impact to prioritize tasks and drive business decisions.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals focused on maintaining an industry-leading user experience.

• Ensure operational excellence and leverage data to inform key business decisions and strategic requirements.

• Provide inclusive leadership to the team, promoting organizational health.

• Collaborate with cross-region peers to drive a global strategy.

• Manage and forecast annual needs across budget, workforce, and portfolio.

• Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships, ensuring candid feedback and alignment on projects and initiatives.

• Set team goals and success metrics to maintain a highly impactful organization.

• Champion the adoption and integration of AI-driven solutions and automation, identifying opportunities to enhance support operations and user experience.

• Work in a hybrid capacity with occasional travel across the region.

• Experience leading large distributed IT Operations teams across multiple functions and/or domains.

• Proven track record building and maintaining a healthy diverse and inclusive organization.

• Strong technical background with a balance of strategic and operational mindset.

• Experience making informed and agile decisions at the global/regional/country level and high-velocity execution.

• Expertise in utilizing metrics and data to analyze and assess business priorities, drive decision-making and setting strategy, and measure success toward organizational goals.

• Knowledge of forecasting and budgetary management within an IT organization.

• Strong foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and SaaS applications, as well as Google G Suite experience.

• Familiarity with fundamental networking/distributed computing environment concepts, local and network-based user and group accounts and permissions.

• Knowledge of security best practices and leading through change in a safe and compliant manner.

• Demonstrated curiosity and experience in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess their impact on IT operations and drive adoption to future-proof the organization.

• Able to communicate effectively with executive audiences and across large teams of individual contributors.

• Understands, advocates, and embodies the company values.
