Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our technology and cybersecurity control assessments of supplier environments. The ideal candidate will review infrastructure, application stacks and technologies to ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.

This role requires strong technical risk management skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Develop creative solutions to improve third-party risk posture.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate and influence best risk practices with senior managers and suppliers.
  • Drive Compliance: Ensure adherence to best risk management practices throughout the organization.
  • Manage Supplier Assessments: Lead onsite/virtual assessments, providing technical and cybersecurity risk expertise.
  • Document Control Breaks: Identify and document vulnerabilities within suppliers' IT environments.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to deliver increased operational efficiency and improve supplier posture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: In technology, risk & controls, audit, cybersecurity, application security, cloud security, network security, and third-party outsourcing risk management.
  • Industry Risk Frameworks: Understanding of ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal presentation skills at a senior management level.
  • Debate Issues: Experience debating issues with senior decision makers.
