Technical Support Team Leader

We are seeking a Technical Support Team Leader to spearhead our technical support operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Support Representatives as they assist in providing seamless support to our user base.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional technical support. They will also possess strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, an understanding of multiple integration paths, and in-depth knowledge of expert areas such as system configuration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in case quality and manage own time effectively to ensure that leadership duties are carried out while maintaining a reasonable volume of case work.
  • Proactively support users of our products ensuring problem resolution, system access, optimal system performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all our Assessment Products and services while expanding knowledge on various product lines.
  • Manage team performance individually and collectively by agreeing on clear goals and targets, reviewing performance formally and informally, giving feedback, course correction, motivation, and recognition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and implement process improvements.
