As a seasoned Business Intelligence professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and decision-making across our organization.

You will be responsible for uncovering market opportunities, powering targeted marketing campaigns, and building dashboards to track pipeline health and performance KPIs.

A key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting to turn data into actionable insights and drive 20% year-over-year growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Uncovering whitespace opportunities through territory intelligence
  • Powering targeted marketing campaigns with data-backed insights
  • Building analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk
  • Optimizing lead routing and engagement using platform tools
  • Predicting underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns

We are looking for an individual with:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
