Job Overview:

This role is for a high-performing Associate who will participate in the Global Training Support Program. The primary objective of this position is to support new hire classes as a training assistant and take their learning experience to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management: Monitor classroom activities throughout the day, check on agents' behavior including engagement levels and system issues, and assist new hires with technical concerns and facilitate group activities.
    • Minimize interruptions during class ensuring a smooth training process
    • Monitor lesson completion and help trainers with breakout rooms
  • Filling out daily updates throughout the day (as assigned by the trainer)
    • Add system issues and agent attendance updates
    • Coordinate HR/IT interactions with agents and manage classroom visitors
Additional Duties:
  • Take phone calls when not assigned to a class
  • Attend trainings as a Leadership Developmental opportunity
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using personal computers
  • Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with trainers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required
