The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Chery, Lynk & Co. and Baic Auto here in the Philippines needs a Technical Training Assistant Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible in conducting technical and non - technical training for all dealership network
- Technical — Conducts training needs analysis, designs the training program and conducts progressive training program on basic and advanced automotive course. Monitors the competency level of technicians, workshop supervisor and warranty processors. Reviews the actual technical competency of the service team and designs a special training program that will fit the service personnel.
- Non-Technical - Evaluates the working performance of the Dealership Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Dealer In-house Instructor (Non-technical skills) and CRO to align with the standard procedure. Facilitates and assists certification of dealership's service for non-technical personnel. Performs training administration works to facilitate non-technical training programs.
- Technical Support - assists the Technical Support Officer in handling internal and dealership technical concerns and consultations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts individual and team skills and competency gap analysis.
- Develops and conducts technical and non-technical training course for all levels.
- Closely coordinates product-related training, Including presentation for new features and simulation activities.
- Ensures all newly hired personnel will undergo basic automotive technical training.
- Liaises with industry experts and organizes workshop and classroom training style.
- Measures the improvement in employees' comprehension at the end of each course.
- Measures improvement in the personnel's job performance through service related CSI and actual evaluation.
- Gathers feedback from trainees and instructor and recommends suggestion to learning process.
- Implements the planned activities and events within the approved budget. Produces training materials and distributes to trainees.
- Assists in developing strategic plan.
- Performs other work assigned from time to time by the Customer Service Manager or VP - CSD
EDUCATION
Graduate of Engineering course or any 4 years course
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
3-5 years background in Technical Training
