About the role

C & E Publishing, Inc. is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Training Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Training Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and facilitation of training programs for our diverse workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, presentations, and resources to support various training initiatives
  • Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue management, and participant communication
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing training records, compiling feedback, and generating reports
  • Assist in the evaluation and continuous improvement of training initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials, including the use of presentation software and learning management systems
