Key Account Manager - Food Service Channel

As a Key Account Manager for the food service channel, you will be responsible for managing this key customer segment to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Your primary goal is to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute Customer Growth Plans for Priority 'Win and Protect' Customers based on identified growth metrics.
  2. Build strong relationships with Distributor Salesmen to drive the development of their territory management, customer development, and solutions selling skills.
  3. Facilitate operations reviews with the HORECA team to provide guidance on addressing issues and opportunities related to Multi-Channel sell-out and execution in the assigned area.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop specific action plans and gather necessary support to address performance gaps.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
