Manages the food service channel in the assigned area to achieve sustainable and profitable growth with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develops the food service channel and achieves sales targets by identifying business opportunities in the assigned area.
  2. Creates and executes Customer Growth Plans for Priority "Win and Protect" Customers based on identified growth metrics.
  3. Wins and protects accounts through the Regional Key Accounts Partnership Scheme (RKAPS).
  4. Drives the development of Distributor Salesmen through training and coaching on territory management, customer development, and solutions selling.
  5. Facilitates operations reviews with the HORECA team to provide guidance in addressing issues and opportunities related to Multi-Channel sell-out and execution in the assigned area. Leads the development of specific action plans and gathers necessary support to address performance gaps.
