Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and providing exceptional service while supporting sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between us and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes.
  • Policy Management:
  • Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs. Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements. Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities. Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions. Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Handle complex client issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner. Liaise with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to address client concerns.
