Account Manager Role

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in client communication and project coordination. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact with room for growth.

  • Act as the primary contact for existing clients, handling requests, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate scheduling by relaying service requests and confirming details with clients.
  • Prepare and format proposals for turnover and renovation services, securing approvals from leadership.
  • Track project status and provide timely, accurate updates to clients.
  • Maintain records of POs, invoices, and scheduling in platforms like BuilderTrend.
  • Document workflows (daily, monthly, annual) to support onboarding and standardization.
  • Complete recurring tasks such as weekly emails consistently and on schedule.
  • Support business growth through light outreach, with room to grow into a sales role if interested.
Work Environment

You'll be part of a close-knit, fast-moving property services team that collaborates daily to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients.
  • Experience: General work experience required; background in account management or sales is a plus.
