Strategic Loan Product Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Loan Product Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan products from conceptualization to launch and ongoing evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Additionally, they should possess strong critical thinking skills, be forward thinking, and have a strong background in relationship management.

  • Conceptualize and develop new loan products to meet business needs.
  • Grow revenue and build volume through developing and implementing programs and initiatives.
  • Review and evaluate existing policies and processes to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Development:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective loan product strategies.

Revenue Growth and Volume Building:

  • Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and volume through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences.

Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loan product management or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management and change management.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position requiring regular office hours and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
