Data Governance and Quality Specialist

This role is part of a broader Services Analytics team, responsible for delivering data management and governance solutions to support business intelligence needs.

About the Role:
  • Support defining data governance standards, policies, and processes to ensure data quality and consistency across the enterprise data platform.
  • Maintain business glossaries, metadata repositories, and data dictionaries; support source-to-target data mapping and ensure traceability.
  • Conduct data profiling, lineage analysis, and quality assessments; investigate anomalies and support remediation efforts.
  • Work with stakeholders to define Critical Data Elements (CDEs), translate reporting needs into data requirements, and implement standardized data quality rules.
  • Track and report data quality KPIs, participate in governance forums, and ensure compliance while supporting BI enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Preferred experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Compliance.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of database systems.
  • Experience with ETL tools, business analytics, and commercial real estate data is an asset.
