Job Title

Data Governance Analyst responsible for delivering data management and data governance solutions that support business intelligence and analytics needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document and enforce data governance standards, policies and processes to ensure data quality and consistency across enterprise data platform.
  • Maintain business glossaries, metadata repositories and data dictionaries; support source-to-target data mapping and ensure traceability across data domains.
  • Conduct data profiling, lineage analysis and quality assessments; investigate anomalies and support root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define Critical Data Elements (CDEs), translate reporting needs into data requirements and implement standardized data quality rules.
  • Track and report data quality KPIs, participate in governance forums and ensure compliance with governance standards while supporting BI and platform enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Preferred experience in Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Compliance.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with ETL tools, business analytics and commercial real estate data is a plus.
