Enterprise Data Governance Specialist

This role supports the strategic evolution and adoption of Master and Reference Data in collaboration with the Data Governance team.

The main objective is to facilitate the creation, maintenance, and adoption of unified and consistently defined enterprise-wide Master and Reference Data domains.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Management of reference data standards database and uploads
  • Providing feedback on issues affecting business operations
  • Data management efforts and status tracking of how data is captured, stored, and consumed
  • Broad data management and data maintenance processes across data lifecycle
  • Creative solutions for daily processes
  • Testing features and functionality in software releases
  • Monitoring performance and quality control plans
  • Resolving issues related to Master and Reference Data use and quality

Required skills and qualifications include 0-2 years of experience in Banking or Finance, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Required education includes a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
