Cloud Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Governance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring secure and reliable operations of large-scale data platforms.

This specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security policies, RBAC roles, auditing practices, and data protection standards. They will work closely with security teams, data engineers, and architects to ensure compliance management within the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the platform
  • Monitoring usage and handling user provisioning
  • Supporting regulatory and data governance requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud data governance, particularly around security, user management, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Proficiency in integrating cloud services with Active Directory (on-prem or Azure AD) for secure authentication and SSO
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments, including auditing, encryption, and sensitive data handling
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
