Job TitleData Governance AnalystJob Description SummaryAs part of the Global Business Intelligence (BI) team, the Data Governance Analyst is responsible for delivering data governance and providing data analyst support for Cushman & Wakefield's global business intelligence platform across all service lines and clients. About the Role:Support the Data Governance Lead in implementing and enforcing data governance policies, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining data quality, and optimizing benchmarking logic for the global BI platform. Assist the Data Governance Team with data analysis activities, including data mapping, utilizing analytics tools, ensuring data quality, performing assessments, and resolving issues.

Drive improvements in data automation and standardization, collaborate with development teams on BI enhancements, train users on governance tools, identify dashboard requirements, and report updates to management. About You:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Compliance is preferred. Experience in Data Analysis activities such as data analysis, mapping, and cleansing is preferred. Knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of SQL Server databases.

Experience with ETL tools, business analytics, and familiarity with commercial real estate data is a plus. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
