
Elevate Customer Experience as a Senior Team Leader

Do you have a track record of successfully guiding teams toward success? We're looking for a seasoned leader who can motivate, mentor, and elevate our customer support teams to deliver exceptional service for e-commerce brands. If you're a results-driven professional with expertise in people management and operational excellence, this role is for you.
Your Key Responsibilities- Direct the performance of your assigned agents to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and offer personalized guidance to help team members succeed.
- Evaluate performance bi-annually and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture.
- You have a strong background in leadership with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- You possess a proven track record in e-commerce customer service (Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience is an asset).
- You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You have experience working with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
