About the Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for fostering long-lasting client relationships that drive trust and value.

This role involves ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery with all relevant details captured. It also requires establishing clear success metrics and onboarding milestones, sending initial setup forms, and gathering required client information.

  • Onboarding & Handoff: Ensure a seamless handover from Sales to Delivery by capturing essential details. Establish clear goals and timelines for onboarding milestones.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular check-ins to review progress, address issues, and share updates. Track and report on customer health metrics, identifying risks and proactively addressing them.
  • Advocacy & Marketing Support: Develop case studies highlighting successful engagements, collaborate with clients on PR and joint marketing opportunities, and encourage customers to submit reviews on key industry portals.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in a B2B environment, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, drive renewals, and implement customer advocacy programs.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Zoho is a plus, as well as experience in cybersecurity, IT, or compliance, and familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms.

Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
