Job Title:

Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our company's compensation and benefits strategy. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive and effective.

  • Design and implement benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary administration, bonus payments, and tax compliance.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, and HRIS within large-headcount organizations.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a Supervisory or Leadership role.

  • Strong HR specialization in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, HR Information/Management Systems, and Reports/Data Analytics.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Flexible, collaborative, and able to thrive in dynamic or ambiguous environments; a proactive self-starter.
