We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify and resolve customer issues related to device hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Offer solutions and drive sales by identifying opportunities to upgrade or additional services that meet customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve collective success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months in a call center sales program.
- At least 1 year in a call center customer service role.
- At least 1 year in technical support.
- Experience with voice support programs/accounts.
Desirable Skills:
- Passion for customer service and technology.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of major operating systems and consumer technologies.
