Job Title: Customer Support Professional

About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate and escalate complex customer issues to senior support staff or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prior experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
