We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Metacom Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to clients experiencing issues with our products or services.
  • Analyze and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment, preferably in a Service Desk capacity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
