Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO or IT services environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvement initiatives that drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
