
Process Improvement Officer

The Process Improvement Officer (Kitchen Systems) at Jollibee Group is responsible for evaluating and developing systems and for operationalizing business requirements using engineering analytics and strategies. The role also supports programming new products into store production systems using data management platforms.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop processes and systems to improve operational efficiency while maintaining store speed and quality.
- Co-ideate systems and processes that contribute to operational efficiency without compromising speed and quality of store operations.
- Explore breakthrough, innovative systems for operations and support groups.
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience applying engineering knowledge, principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to design processes or systems.
- Ability to meet expectations within target timelines and to work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced skill in Excel (functions, formulas).
- Experience in the food service industry is an advantage.
- Skills and essential traits: problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication and business acumen.
- Proficient in communicating via virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Viber, Messenger, MS Teams).
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
