This position involves providing technical support to our customers via phone, email and chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues with software and hardware.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients. This is a project based opportunity that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

The successful candidate will have experience in answering chats, emails, and calls, as well as being able to work with minimal to no supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • More than 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting.
