About the Opportunity

East West Banking Corporation is looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Ecosystem in our Taguig office.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to build and manage business ecosystems. This includes fostering strong relationships with clients, creating innovative sales initiatives, and driving growth and development within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and manage business ecosystems.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance and strengthen the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Create and implement programs, events, and initiatives to acquire and engage new clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or start-up or financial institution.
  • Business Development capacity.
  • Knowledge of banking products, particularly Cash Management and Trade Finance.
