Job Summary

As a Training Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing and managing coaching, upskilling, and learning outcomes for leaders.

You will support the development and training goals of Sales Academies and Partner Development programs.

  • Develop training plans and materials on products and services.
  • Upskill leaders through targeted coaching and leadership modules.
  • Apply instructional design theories and practices to create engaging learning experiences.

In this dynamic role, you will work with channel heads, sales leaders, and support teams to identify training needs and design training classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and design training classes.
  2. Develop training plans and materials on products and services.
  3. Upskill leaders through targeted coaching and leadership modules.
  4. Apply instructional design theories and practices to create engaging learning experiences.
  5. Partner with teams to align training programs with organizational outcomes.
  6. Deliver training programs with clear outcomes and evaluate post-learning performance.
  7. Mentor and coach leaders and co-trainers.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any communication or business-related course.
  • At least 4 years in Training and/or Sales Management in a similar industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Problem Solving & Decision-Making Skills.
