We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Job Description

\

As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will work closely with our AI Safety Services team to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.

\

You will be responsible for:

  • \
  • Qualifying inbound leads using discovery questions and researching potential customers\
  • Building shortlists of target accounts and crafting personalized sequences via email and LinkedIn\
  • Booking first meetings and preparing account executives and solutions engineers with detailed call notes and prospect context\
  • Staying up-to-date with daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates, and translating this information into relevant talking points\
  • Keeping our CRM clean by logging activity, enriching accounts, and reporting on conversion

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service\
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks, hitting deadlines, and using productivity tools like Google Workspace and basic CRM software\
  • Customer-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems
