About the Role

As an AI Trainer-Writer, you'll work on training AI models to understand and generate human-like text. This isn't just traditional writing - you'll craft text that teaches AI reasoning, logic accuracy, nuance, and clarity.

  • Craft original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
  • Follow style and quality standards for consistency.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine and improve content.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Linguistics, Literature, Journalism, or Education.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proficient English language skills (C2).
  • The ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
