Job Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to collaborate with our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team. As a Generative AI Specialist, you will be entrusted with crafting high-quality training data sets for AI models, refining data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and enhancing the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of text, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training data sets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
  • Rfine data to help AI models align with human values and ethics.
  • Analyze and enhance the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or similar field.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields.
