We are seeking a skilled Incident Management Specialist to join our team at Capgemini Philippines Corp. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience managing network incidents.

Main criteria/requirements:

  1. Must have active or previous certification related to Network technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, JNCIA, JNCIE).
  2. The candidate must have good communication skills.
  3. Has at least 2 yrs of work experience as incident manager/coordinator. Someone with more than 2 yrs of work experience handling Network Operations is preferred.
  4. A candidate with ITIL certification is highly desirable.
  5. Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in our office.
