About the Role

As a seasoned team leader, you will oversee multiple teams and accounts, focusing on day-to-day management, performance quality, logistics, internal coordination, and external communications.

  • You will manage at least three autonomous accounts, an account with a minimum headcount of eight and a dedicated shift lead, or at least one team captain managing a minimum of four team members.
  • Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of your team(s) and those reporting directly to you, serving as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent or team captain, working with the service delivery manager and people manager to identify growth opportunities, and providing coaching and training to team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field
  • At least two years of experience in supervision/leadership roles
  • At least three years of client-facing experience
  • At least two years of coaching experience
  • Basic knowledge of root cause analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (a plus)
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to others
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications
  • Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate to people at various levels of the organization
