
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative and operational support for the ongoing management of our business. The selected candidate will be responsible for user access management, implementing and maintaining category tree/salary taxonomy updates, overseeing the central upload and validation of spend data, coordinating and following up on management information (MI) data requests, maintaining and updating our SharePoint site and landing pages, and managing the Project and Core Team calendar.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- Digital Proficiency: Strong digital acumen with experience in tools like SharePoint, Excel, and data management platforms
- Professional Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience
